Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, our return policy is as follows:
1. Unopened Products
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact us at ziadsamieraziz@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. Opened/Used Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the item received does not match what was ordered.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
For eligible returns not due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, unboxed/tester items explicitly marked "final sale," and collectible items marked "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for return.
